We are not a traditional consulting agency. We bring together high-level operators around one conviction: whoever signs the strategy must be able to build it.

Rule 01

Partners operate.

No senior sells the work and disappears. The person who signs is the person who delivers. That is our moral contract, and our only real model.

Rule 02

Experts are paid as seniors.

Members of the collective bill their own senior day rate, with no agency margin. Ulenia is paid for framing, coordination and quality.

Rule 03

The client keeps control.

We document, transfer and exit once the internal team is autonomous. Our best projects keep moving without us.
